INTERACT project on Crisis Translation launches at DCU

On April 10th and 11th, the EU-funded INTERACT project on Crisis Translation (Grant No. 734211) kicked off at DCU. This is a Research and Innovation Staff Exchange project that focuses on the topic of translation in crisis scenarios. Partners from University College London, Unbabel, Arizona State University, Cochrane, Microsoft, Translators without Borders and DCU all came together to discuss the programme of work and to receive training in ethics in crisis scenarios, crisis communication, crisis translation, and cultural considerations in health literacy over the two days.
