Call for contributions to Translation Ireland journal. Submission date is 17th July 2020.

The next issue of Translation Ireland, the journal of the Irish Translators’ and Interpreters’ Association (ITIA)/ Cumann Aistritheoirí agus Ateangairí na hÉireann,* will focus on the research interests of members of the Translation Studies Network of Ireland (TSNI). If authors wish, they can write a summary of their research interests to date or focus on a particular interest. They are welcome to make their articles a little more personal than they might do for a regular academic journal. We are looking for engaging articles that our members can relate to and learn from. What is your research about? What attracted you to this particular area or areas?

Articles should be a maximum of 5,000 words.

Please send any queries to Dr Mary Phelan TranslationIreland@translatorsassociation.ie

*The Irish Translators’ and Interpreters’ Association (ITIA)/ Cumann Aistritheoirí agus Ateangairí na hÉireann was founded in 1986 as a not-for profit organisation and is the only professional association in Ireland representing the interests of practising translators and interpreters.
